Vermilion has an inventory of subdivided industrial lots, serviced and unserviced, with access from arterial roads. These lots are in a 43-acre Town-owned industrial park. Lot prices are $23,700 - $35,000 per acre. Lots are in half-acre sizes and can be purchased in-block.

Airport industrial land is available for lease at the Vermilion Municipal Airport.
