The Town of Vermilion supports and enhances businesses in the town and is always looking for ways to improve communication with the business sector. Vermilion offers a complete range of consumer goods and services to a trading area population of 11,000 people. The Vermilion and District Chamber of Commerce is a vital part of the business community. It spearheads many initiatives to promote and enhance the competitive position of local businesses, and members are active in a number of community development initiatives. The Town and Chamber have a strong partnership, working together on many projects to increase local business development.

New for 2010 on our Town of Vermilion website is the BizPal tool.  Answer a short series of questions about your current or proposed business to create a customized list of permits and licenses you may need from all 3 levels of government.  To access the BizPal tool click on the BizPal link to the left or in the top right had corner of the page.
