Transportation and Utilities

Responsible for the maintenance, design and construction of town-owned roads, sidewalks, storm sewers, water treatment plant and the airport, the Public Works and Engineering department is a very busy town department. Seasonal services such as snow clearing on local roads, street sweeping, and garden waste pickup are conducted by the department. The acquisition and servicing of all town-owned or leased vehicles is also the responsibility of Public Works and Engineering.
