Recycling Program
The Town of Vermilion, AB supports an extensive recycling program, because we have gone green! We believe in doing our part to contribute to the earth’s wellness, and to our children’s future. All of our residents are encouraged to fully participate, which contributes to the reduction of waste taken to the transfer station.

Vermilion Recycling CentreThe Vermilion Recycling Centre is made possible through a recycling levy on the Town of Vermilion Utility Bills and through the sale of processed material. Reducing the amount of material being hauled to the Vermilion Regional Transfer Station and becoming more environmentally friendly are two major goals of the program.
