Stadium and Arena
Effective November 26, 2021, the Town of Vermilion will be implementing REP (Restrictions Exemption Program) in the Stadium and Arena.
When REP is in place, there will be someone at both the arena and stadium doors verifying vaccine records, 72 hour negative COVID tests or an original, non-copied medical exemption letter with a piece of government issued ID (for anyone over the age of 18). You can expect to see door screeners during games and practices.
- Athletes will not be required to provide proof of vaccination before entering the facility, but the coaching staff will need to.
- The concession will be able to open, spectators may dine anywhere in the facility.
- Masking is still mandatory in the facility.
- All doors will be locked except for the main stadium and arena doors, to help with the screening process.
Please be kind to the staff working the door, there will be no abuse tolerated.
For additional rules and regulations please see COVID-19 public health actions | Alberta.ca
Rental of Town Facilities
Effective September 20, 2021 we have new public health measures to follow for the protection of all citizens. The Town of Vermilion asks that all renters of town facilities to review and follow the provincial health guidelines as best interpreted from the provincial website COVID-19 public health actions | Alberta.ca
In order for our facilities to remain open and for everyone to stay safe, we need to follow these guidelines to the best of our ability.
Thank you for your cooperation.
