When are meetings held? |
The first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm in Council Chambers at the Town Hall. January, July and August meetings are normally held once per month only. |
Are the meetings open to the public? |
Yes, Council Meetings and Organizational Meetings are open to the public. You may speak during the Public Commentary portion of Regular Council Meetings. |
What are the guidelines of speaking during the Public Commentary? |
Please note: issues and concerns sent in by email (mayor@vermilion.ca) or by phone (780-581-2405) can be addressed privately or publicly at the public commentary session. Any in-camera portion of a Council meeting is closed to the public to discuss matters as permitted under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. |
