The Good Life Institute

The Good Life Institute exists to showcase everything that makes Vermilion special.

Our goal is to build awareness beyond Vermilion by reaching surrounding communities and inviting them to experience our town — its people, its businesses, and everything it has to offer. Vermilion is a beautiful, welcoming community with a vibrant mix of small and large businesses, and there is truly something here for everyone to see and do.

Each year, the Good Life Institute hosts four signature events in different locations throughout Vermilion. By rotating event locations, we highlight different areas of town and create opportunities for local businesses to be front and center.

Every event is designed with one purpose in mind: to support, promote, and celebrate Vermilion’s local businesses while sharing The Good Life experience with the wider region.

• Taste of Vermilion – June 30, 2027
• Art in the Park – September 11, 2027
• Savor – November 19, 2027
