The Town of Vermilion has approved the following Development Permit(s):

Legal Description: Lot 18, Block 1, Plan 142 0066

Proposed Use: Construction of a new cold storage shop.

Date of Notice: September 25, 2024

 

Any person claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board by serving written notice of appeal and appropriate fee of $250.00 to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 14 days of the date of this notice.
