The Town of Vermilion manages the acquisition of the many goods and services required in its regular operations and service to residents. The Town of Vermilion may participate in group buying programs such as Sourcewell, Canoe Procurement, and Kinetic GPO. Our procurement activities are guided by Council policy. 

When opportunities to submit bids and tenders become available, they will be posted here.

The Town of Vermilion is inviting qualified vendors to submit proposals for Custodial Services. Vendors are encouraged to review the Request for Proposal (RFP) and submit a bid.

To help Vendors better understand the scope of work, optional site visits will be available by appointment only on March 16 or March 17.

Request for Quotations (RFQ) – 2026 Infrastructure Maintenance Projects

Closing Date:  2:00 PM, April 2, 2026

The Town of Vermilion is inviting qualified contractors to submit quotations for the following projects:

1. Line Painting RFQ

Supply and application of road line painting for municipal streets, including centerlines and  edge lines as required.

2. Curb & Gutter Concrete Repairs RFQ

Removal and replacement of damaged concrete infrastructure, including  curbs, and gutters at various locations within the Town.

3. Asphalt Repairs RFQ

Provision of asphalt repair services, including pothole repairs, patching, and localized surface improvements throughout the Town.

Obtaining RFQ Documents
Contractors interested in any of the above projects are required to request the RFQ documents by email.
