    The Town of Vermilion has approved the following Development Permit (s) for permitted uses.  In these decisions, the Development Authority for the Town did not exercise any discretion, or relax or vary any provision of the Land Use By-Law:

    Legal Description: Lot 1, Block 5, Plan 142 0066

    Proposed Use: Construction of a new equipment shop/office and the placement of a fascia sign and a free-standing sign.

    Date of Notice: September 4, 2025

    In accordance with the Municipal Government Act, 2000, as amended, no appeal lies to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board in respect of the issuance of a development permit for a permitted use unless the provisions of the Land Use By-Law were relaxed, varied or misinterpreted.
