The Town of Vermilion has approved the following Development Permit (s) for permitted uses.  In these decisions, the Development Authority for the Town did not exercise any discretion, or relax or vary any provision of the Land Use By-Law:

Date of Notice: September 4, 2025

In accordance with the Municipal Government Act, 2000, as amended, no appeal lies to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board in respect of the issuance of a development permit for a permitted use unless the provisions of the Land Use By-Law were relaxed, varied or misinterpreted.

Notice of Water Restrictions effective June 8, 2023. The Alberta Central East Water Corporation will be shutting down the regional water transmission main from June 8, 2023 until further notice.
