Proposed Use: Installation of two additional modular classrooms and related site work at St. Jerome’s School.
Date of Notice: October 23, 2026
In accordance with the Municipal Government Act, 2000, as amended, no appeal lies to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board in respect of the issuance of a development permit for a permitted use unless the provisions of the Land Use By-Law were relaxed, varied or misinterpreted.
