Infrastructure Levy Notice
The Town of Vermilion will no longer fund future road improvements through local improvement taxes.
Eliminating any new/future local improvement taxes will be made possible by an infrastructure reserve funded by utility rates. Additionally, properties that are currently paying local improvement taxes will be credited on their utility bills the amount of $5 per month.
This will commence October 1, 2022
