NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REMOVAL OF MUNICIPAL RESERVE DESIGNATION

TAKE NOTICE that Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A., 2000, as amended, the Council of the Town of Vermilion proposes to pass a Resolution requesting the Registrar of Land Titles to remove the Municipal Reserve designation from parts of a parcel of land so as to allow the disposition of the parcel in order to facilitate the development of low-density residential lots (single-family or duplex).
The Municipal Reserve land is described as Lot 8MR, Block 6, Plan 802 2872 and is located at 6630 – 53rd Avenue in the Brennan Subdivision. The parcel is shown below:

A copy of the proposed Resolution may be reviewed and inspected by the public at the Vermilion Town Hall during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
At 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, the Council of the Town of Vermilion will cause a Public Hearing to be held in the Town Council Chambers at the Town of Vermilion Office, at which time objections or comments regarding the proposed Resolution may be given and received.
