TOWN OF VERMILION
LAND USE BY-LAW

The Town of Vermilion has approved the following Development Permit for a Permitted use.  In these decisions, the Development Authority for the Town did not exercise any discretion, or relax or vary any provision of the Land Use By-Law:

Applicant:  Sign Solutions
Civic Address:  103, 5208 – 46 Avenue
Legal Description:  Lot 2, Block 33, Plan 142 1988
Proposed Use:  Placement of a backlit fascia sign and a new panel in the existing free-standing sign.
Date of Notice:  May 30, 2025

In accordance with the Municipal Government Act, 2000, as amended, no appeal lies to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board in respect of the issuance of a development permit for a permitted use unless the provisions of the Land Use By-Law were relaxed, varied or misinterpreted.
