We have been notified by the Alberta Central East Water Corporation that effective immediately, all connected municipalities are required to revert to a Level B water restriction until further notice. This is due to the increased water demand from the record-breaking heat wave.

System maintenance will occur at the Vermilion Town Hall from Thursday, June 17 at 3:00 p. m. to approximately Friday, June 18 until 12:00 p. m.

The Vermilion Facility Enhancement Board is made up of user groups, members at large and a representative of the Town Council and Community Services Director with the goals to promote and raise awareness and money for facility enhancements in the Town of Vermilion. Our first facility enhancement project is to raise money and acquire a new Ice Plant to run the Vermilion Stadium, Arena and Curling rink.

February 22 - February 25, 2021. The Alberta Central East Water Corporation will be shutting down the regional water transmission main from February 22 - February 25, 2021 as EPCOR is commencing maintenance on a section of their water line.
